Application

AMA Dry-Mix Factory offers the most modern factory mixed plaster application system in Bahrain with the latest German M-Tec DUOMIX application machines. AMA Dry-Mix spray application offers:

• Lowest manhours (1 manhour/m2)

• Minimum wastage

• A cost effective solution (yield, time, and

manpower)

• Time effective application with the ability

to complete 210m2 in 3 days with 7 workers

(5 masons and 2 helpers).

In-house Laboratory

To ensure that the AMA Dry-Mix Factory continuously supplies quality products, we have an in-house state of the art and fully equipped laboratory to carry out testing of finished products. We conduct tests as per the specifications of and guidelines from Bahrain’s Ministry of Works and Ministry of Housing. Additionally, we can conduct tests to recheck the quality of any product upon the request of the customer

Logistics and Delivery

AMA Dry-Mix Factory with its own fleet of trucks and trailers has the capacity to deliver materials as per customer requirements 24/7. All the vehicles are fitted with the appropriate accessories e.g. cranes for easier and faster offloading on-site. All dispatches across the Kingdom of Bahrain are well planned and programmed to suit every customer’s needs.

At AMA Dry-Mix Factory, we are totally committed to achieving and maintaining the highest standards of quality in every area of operation from receiving the order to the delivery.

Training

We provide training workshops in surface prep, mixing, and applying AMA Dry-mix plasters. These are hands-on workshops, taught at our Training Centre in Askar. Please contact us for further information.
